Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Package and Ship

  Place your Wicked Cushions products in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement cushions within 3-5 business days.
